The few times I have called Grays for service they are prompt and professional. Thank you Tom for coming out today to get our air conditioner up and running on this hot day. We appreciate Grays and will continue to rely on them and recommend them whenever we can!!

Having a property management business the people I choose to work with is important. Grays never let's me down. They're prompt and always try to give us "same day" service. They're honest and I can trust their offering the best solution to my problem. The tech's are clean, neat and polite.

Very responsive company. Even though I was not a regular company they came right out and worked as fast as they could to get my system up and running again. Whenever I called I got a person, not a machine. They remembered my issue and always asked about how we were getting along. The service tech who came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good HVAC company.

During the recent hurricane evacuation ,on Thursday, our AC went out. Call Gray's but they were concerned they might not be able to find someone to look at our problem. I got a call back in a half hour and advised a technician would be coming. An hour later, he was at my door. A half hour later the unit was FIXED and running well. How about that for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gray's went the extra mile to help a customer in need. THANK YOU, Gray's. Job well done with super results!!!!

Very satisfied with the service from Gray's. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit and called Gray's on a Friday at midday. A service tech was there within an hour. He helped get the old unit up and running to help us try to get through the weekend while we dealt with the office on a quote for a replacement unit. By 5:00 that evening we finalized a quote for a new unit and scheduled installation for the following Monday. The installation went off without a hitch. We are very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.

We highly recommend Gray's. They were very quick to schedule an appointment which was great as one of our units wasn't working. The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He explained what was wrong and was very courteous and respectful of our home.

Because of a lightning strike very close to our place the AC went out. We needed a new circuit board due to the damage done by the lightning. Since UPS didn't pick up the unit in Beaufort as expected the day it was ordered, the next morning the technician from Gray's drove out to pick it up and then immediately came to our place to install it. We were so happy with the efforts made on our behalf. Gray's went out of there way to ensure that we had our AC unit running well just as soon as possible. We couldn't be more appreciative of their very speedy and professional level of service!

Gray's is a trustworthy company! I have used them for years and they have always been knowledgeable, courteous, and fairly priced.
